Ingredients
- 2 pounds sweet Italian sausage
- 1 pound hot Italian sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 (10 oz) packages of spinach thawed and water pressed out
- 16 ounce shredded mozzarella
- 2/3 cup ricotta
- 1/2 teaspoonful salt
- 1/8 teaspoonful pepper
- 1/8 teaspoonful garlic powder
- 2 unbaked pie crusts
Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage and drain off fat.
Step 2
Combine with other ingredients and put into pie shells.
Step 3
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Step 4
Let stand for 15 minutes.
