Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs. Pork Chops
  • 1/2 cup Tart apples (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 16 oz. can Sauerkraut (drained)
  • 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Yellow Onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1 Can Onion Soup

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350* F

Step 2

Melt butter and add apples.
Saute chops and place in oven proof dish.
Add remaining ingredients to apples and stir wel.
Pour over Cops and bake 1 hour @ 350* F.
