- 1/2 cup Tart apples (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 16 oz. can Sauerkraut (drained)
- 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Yellow Onion (sliced)
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 Can Onion Soup

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350* F
Step 2
Melt butter and add apples.
Saute chops and place in oven proof dish.
Add remaining ingredients to apples and stir wel.
Pour over Cops and bake 1 hour @ 350* F.
