Step 1

1. Bater as claras bem em castelo. Junta-se o acucar. Continua-se a bater bem.
2. Fazer o caramel e untar bem a forma com o caramel.
3. Coze-se em banho maria por 10 a 12 minutosnos 350 F. A agua deve de estar a ferver bem quando poe-se a forma.
