Ingredients

  • 1 9oz box Green Giant frozen spinach thawed and squeezed
  • 1/3 cup garlic and herbs cheese spread
  • 1/4 cup or 1oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 3 tablespoons freshly grated Romano cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 8oz can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 24 paper thin slices smoked ham 4 in diameter 18oz total
  • Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except the dough, ham and Parmesan cheese until well blended and set aside.

Step 2

Unroll dough. Separate into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Cut each rectangle into 6 2inch squares. Press 1 square in bottom and up side of each of 24 ungreased mini muffin cups.

Step 3

Pat each ham slice dry with paper towel. place I ham slice over dough in each cup. Ham will stick out. spoon 1 teaspoon rounded spinach mixture onto ham in center of each cup.

Step 4

Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is hot. Cover lightly with foil after first 5 minutes to protect ham from over browning. Cool 1 minute and gently remove from pan. Let stand 3 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving warm.
