Ingredients
- 1) 1 1/2 kg of Chicken
- 2) 2 tsp of White Zeera
- 3) 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste
- 4) 2 tbsp of Vinegar
- 5) 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 6) 1 tsp of Red Chilli
- 7) 1 tsp of Garam Masala
- 8) 1/4 cup of Oil or Yogurt

Step 1
Mix the white zeera, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, salt, red chilli, and garam masala in yogurt.
Step 2
Dip the chicken in it and leave it for 3-4 hours.
