Ingredients

  • 1) 1 1/2 kg of Chicken
  • 2) 2 tsp of White Zeera
  • 3) 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 4) 2 tbsp of Vinegar
  • 5) 1/2 tsp of Salt
  • 6) 1 tsp of Red Chilli
  • 7) 1 tsp of Garam Masala
  • 8) 1/4 cup of Oil or Yogurt

Step 1

Mix the white zeera, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, salt, red chilli, and garam masala in yogurt.
