Ingredients
- Cookie
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- Frosting
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup margarine, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp milk

Preparation
Step 1
Cookie: Mix the above. The recipe calls to refrigerate it for 3 hours, but I never do that. Bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes. Let cool and frost with below.
Step 2
Frosting: Mix. I always end up adding a little more milk. I just add a tiny bit at a time in between mixing it until it gets to a consistency that I like.
