- 1/2 avocado, pitted, peeled
- 1 pouch (7.6 oz) Yoplait® Smoothie triple berry

1. In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, stopping to scrape sides as necessary, until smooth.
2. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings
Avocados are best when picked while still hard, which is often how they arrive in the supermarket. Let them stand at room temperature for a few days to ripen. Speed ripening by placing the avocados in a paper bag. Ripe avocados will give slightly when pressed with your thumb.
Look for Yoplait® Smoothies in the freezer section of your grocery store, usually near the frozen fruit.
