Ingredients

1 package (19 oz) frozen cheese tortellini
2 fully cooked Italian chicken sausage links, sliced
1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
1 package (6 oz.) fresh baby spinach
4 oz. cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook tortellini according to package directions. In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook and stir sausage over medium to high heat for 4-5 minutes or until brown. Add tomatoes and spinach. Cook and stir until spinach wilts. Stir in cream cheese until melted.

Step 2

Drain tortellini. Add to sausage mixture. Toss to combine.
