Ingredients
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 and 3/4 cups milk (room temp, or microwaved 30sec)
- 30g melted butter (1oz)
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- a pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour, sugar and salt into a bowl.
Step 2
Beat in eggs and half the milk until smooth.
Step 3
Add in the rest of the milk and butter.
Step 4
Stand at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.
Step 5
Heat a non-stick pan. Spread batter until it covers the entire bottom.
Step 6
Cook, flip, fill, serve!
