  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 prepared 10” (25 cm) vanilla flan cake
  • 1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand®, caramelized
  • 1 container (500 mL) non-dairy whipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

Slice bananas and dip them lightly in lemon juice to prevent browning. Arrange bananas over the flan, reserving a few for garnish.
2. Caramelize Eagle Brand to a pourable consistency Cool slightly. Spread the caramelized milk evenly over the sliced bananas.
3. Top with whipped topping and decorate with sliced bananas. Serve immediately, if possible. Refrigerate leftovers.
