Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) graham wafer crumbs
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) butter, melted
- 1 envelope (7 g) unflavoured gelatin
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) cold water
- 2 pkg (250 g each) cream cheese, softened
- 4 squares (4 oz/28 geach) semi-sweet chocolate, melted, cooled
- 1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low-Fat Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
- 1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream, whipped

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of 9" (23 cm) springform pan.
2. In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand 1 minute. Over low heat, stir until gelatin dissolves completely; set aside and let cool.
3. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and chocolate until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand and vanilla until smooth.
4. Stir in gelatin mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan.
5. Chill 3 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Cover leftovers; refrigerate.

- 2 oz green spaghetti
- 2 cups shrimp
- Pepper
- Salt
- Paprika
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
Method
- Boil the red and green spaghetti separately in salted water until al dente.
- Fry the shrimp in a pan with plenty of salt, pepper and paprika.
- Add 1/2 cup of cream cheese, and stir through until combined.
- Arrange the cooked spaghetti in an alternating pattern on a plate.
- Top with the creamy shrimp sauce
- Garnish, and serve!
