Ingredients

  • Lemon Zest and Juice
  • Thyme Chopped dried
  • Pepper
  • Butter 1 tsp
  • Apples 2 nos
  • Flour to coat
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Coat the tenderloin with a mixture of lemon zest,thyme,pepper,flour,olive oil,sugar and some lemon juice. Keep aside so as to marinate for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Fry apples with butter in a pan for 2 minutes. Add the tenderloin mixture and mix it thoroughly. Be careful not to burn the apples.

Step 3

Put this mixture into the oven and cook for 25 minutes at 280 F. Serve with bread or a nice mashed potato. Enjoy!!
