Roasted Salmon with Proscuitto

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives or green onions
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 skinless salmon fillets
  • 4 thin slices prosciutto

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl, mix together mustard, chives and pepper; spread over both sides of salmon. Place fish, skinned side down, on prosciutto; wrap around fish.

Step 2

Arrange fish, prosciutto seam side up, on parchment-lined or greased rimmed baking sheet; roast in 400°F oven until fish flakes easily when tested, about 10 minutes.
