Ingredients

  • 1/2 roll refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
  • 1 small brownie mix pouch (made for an 8x8 pan) plus water, eggs, and oil called for to make the brownies
  • 1/2 cup caramel bits
  • If you only have a 9x13 pan brownie mix, see tips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x9” pan with foil and/or spray with cooking spray

Step 2

Slice cookie dough roll into 1/4” thick slices. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Step 3

Sprinkle with caramel bits

Step 4

Mix brownies according to package directions then pour over caramel and spread evenly

Step 5

Bake for 20-25 minutes

Can make with a 9x13” sized box of brownies. Use the whole roll of cookie dough and 1 cup of caramel bits and use a 9x13” pan. Baking time needs to be increased.

Ingredients

Makes 6

  • 1/2 cauliflower head
  • 8 eggs for cauliflower mix
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 4-6 cups shredded cheese
  • 6 slices salami
  • 6 tbsp pizza Sauce

 

Method

  1. Boil diced cauliflower in salted water until tender.
  2. Blend, then transfer to mixing bowl.
  3. Mix in 2 eggs, pepper and 2 cups of shredded cheese
  4. Share the cauliflower mixture out between 6 ramekins, forming little cups
  5. Add 1 cup of shredded cheese
  6. Bake for 25 min at 375°F
  7. Add a slice of salami, a tbsp of pizza sauce, and one raw egg to each ramekin
  8. Top with cheese and return to oven for 7 min at 375°F
  9. Serve, and enjoy!
