- 1 box cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 7 pineapple rings

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt butter in a cake pan Remove from hear and sprinkle brown sugar evenly over entire surface. Place pineapple rings on the sugar and place a cherry in the center of each ring.
1 box of Yellow Cake mix prepare as box says add some pineapple juice if you want a more moist pineapple flavor to cake
6. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
7. Remove pan from oven and set on a wet towel. Take a butter knife and run it around the sides of the cake to loosen from pan. Let cake cool.
8. Turn upside down onto cake plate. Let sit for a minute and gently lift skillet from the cake.
