Ingredients

WEST VIRGINIA MEAT LOAF
2 lb. ground beef
1 cup ketchup
1 small can tomatoes paste
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 tsp. salt
1. Pk shred cheese
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. Crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all of the ingredients and shape into loaf. I cut in half and add cheddar or mozzarella cheese Place into baking dish. Mix the following ingredients together and pour over loaf.
I add ketchup on top

You can freeze the extra sauce. Bake 350 until done
