Ingredients
- 250 grams Philadelphia Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
- 1/4 cup Butter (Room Temperature)
- 1 cup Milk
- 6 Egg Yolk
- 6 Egg White
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 3 teaspoons Lemon Zest (Optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Pour milk in a stainless steal bowl over simmering pot of water
Cut Room Temperature Cream Cheese into cubes and put into milk to melt (remove all lumps)
Cut Room Temperature Butter into cubes and put into milk mixture to melt (remove all lumps)
When all lumps are removed and mixture is smooth, remove from pot to cool
Add egg yolk and mix well until smooth
Sift Flour and add to mixture
Add in Lemon Zest (Optional) This can be changed based on desire flavour
Beat egg white until fluffy with high peaks
Add sugar gradually into the egg white mixture (be sure not to collasp the egg white
Fold egg white into mixture (be sure to mix well so that mixture and egg white is well combined) If not well combined, the egg white will be on the surface and crack during baking process

- 8 oz cream cheese (1 package)
- 1/2 cup powedered sugar
- 4 small graham crackers
Method
- Hull the strawberries.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar.
- Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake filling.
- Smash the graham crackers and sprinkle on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
