CHEESY BACON TAMAGOYAKI (EGG ROLL)

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 Peppers
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 3 eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1/2 tub of Philidelia cream cheese
- 4 slices of cheese of your choice

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg, salt, sugar, pepper and half of the cream cheese together, avoiding whisks since you don’t want it to get foamy.
Use medium to medium-low heat. Cook bacon slowly and turning often until cooked yet not crispy since it will crack easily
Brush the pan with oil
Slowly pour the egg mixture in the pan, spread it around until even
Cook the egg mixture until the layer is almost set, then carefully flip the egg to the opposite side until fully cooked
Spread a thin layer of the remaining cream cheese onto the egg surface
Then place bacon strips vertically lined up. While still warm place the 4 slices of cheese evenly ontop of the bacon
Carefully roll the egg up
Make sure the seam side is down, using a sharp knife, carefully cut the roll into smaller portions of your choice
Spread addtional peppers ontop if desired
