- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese , softened
- 1/4 cup butter , softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup mashed fully ripe banana s (about 3)
- 2 eggs
- 2-1/4 cups flour
- 1-1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add bananas and eggs; mix well. Add combined dry ingredients; mix just until moistened. Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour 10 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool 5 min.; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely before slicing to serve.
HOW TO SOFTEN CREAM CHEESE
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.
HOW TO STORE LEFTOVER BANANA BREAD
Store leftover wrapped banana bread in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
