Ingredients
- 4 lbs. new potatoes, washed
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 3 Tbs. butter, melted
- 1 C. mint, chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the potatoes, garlic, butter, mint, salt, and pepper on a cookie sheet. Roast for 1 hour or until golden brown and fork-tender.
