Cinnamon Roll Cookies

Ingredients
- For the cookies -
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon + 1 tablespoon sugar, mixed
- For the glaze -
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 -3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream

Step 1
For the cookies -
Preheat the oven to 350.
Combine the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs.
Add in the flour and the baking powder, a little at a time until you form a ball of dough.
Take small pieces of the dough and roll them into small rectangles.
Add a little melted butter and cover it with the cinnamon sugar mix.
Roll the cookies and place them on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the sides are brown.
Remove and let cool.
Step 2
For the glaze -
Combine the butter, powdered sugar and heavy cream together until smooth.
Drizzle over warm cinnamon roll cookies.
Enjoy!
To store these cookies, place them into an airtight container and refrigerate. Only ice them as you need, otherwise the ones you save will get soggy.
