Flex Panjiri

Ingredients
- 1 bowl flex seeds, roasted and crushed
- 1 bowl whole wheat flour
- 1/2 bowl besan
- 1 bowl crushed almonds
- soif
- pista
- char magz
- 2 tbsp crushed ginger
- gooudh (roast it in karahi and crush it)
- 1 lb butter, unsalted

Preparation
Step 1
Roast flex seeds in karahi, when little cool crush them and set aside.
Step 2
Melt butter in saucepan and put flour and then put the besan. Brown it slowly til little golden brown (when small bubbles appear).
Step 3
Then put in soif, almonds, pista, gooudh, ginger, char magz. Then put in flex seeds.
Step 4
Slowly roast it 5-10 mins of slow heat. After put sugar and mix on slow heat for a few mins till well mixed.
