Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) graham wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon for crust (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) flaked coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) chopped nuts
  • 1 pkg (300 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) miniature marshmallows
  • 1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 oz (57 g) melted semi-sweet chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, crumbs and cinnamon; press onto parchment paper-lined 13 x 9 inch (3.5 L) baking pan.

Step 2

Layer coconut, nuts, chocolate chips and marshmallows over crust. Drizzle Eagle Brand evenly over all.

Step 3

Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; drizzle with melted chocolate. Cool completely. Remove parchment paper and cut into squares.
