Preparation:
The first will be to buy salmon and ask the fishmonger to remove the spines us and we clean it with thorns, if the retired quedase a thorn with tweezers.
In a bowl we mix with the salt, sugar and dill and stir around until it is well blended.

Now put a film over it tight and put up milk cartons by weight paper, put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
After 24 hours we got the salmon and removed everything until we run with it, now I wash and dry it well.
