Ingredients
- 350g/12oz digestive biscuits
- 125g/4.5oz plain chocolate broken into pieces
- 225g/8oz butter
- 25g/1oz caster sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 55g/2oz mini marshmallows
- 100g/3.5oz white chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Put the biscuits in a sandwich bag & crush with a rolling pin into small pieces.
Put the chocolate, butter, sugar, cocoa & honey in a saucepan and heat gently until melted. Remove from heat and leave to cool slightly.
Step 2
Stir the biscuits into the chocolate mixture until mixed. Add the marshmallows and mix well, then finally stir in the chocolate chips.
Turn the mixture into a 20cm/8inch square baking tin and lightly smooth the top. Put in the fridge and leave to chill for 2/3 hours until set. Cut into squares.
