An old favourite for a not so new cruise friend/old old friend from way back xx

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches chinese lettuce
  • Half bunch sliced spring onions
  • Toasted/grilled thin noodles
  • Packet flaked almonds grilled
  • Dressing
  • 2 tbls soya sauce
  • Half cup white vinegar
  • Half cup olive oil
  • Half cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Put the lettuce and spring onions in a bowl.
Put the noodles and almonds on a tray in the grill for a couple of minutes, keep checking as go brown quickly.

Step 2

Mix all the dressing ingredients together then pour over salad half an hour before serving.
