Ingredients
- 2 bunches chinese lettuce
- Half bunch sliced spring onions
- Toasted/grilled thin noodles
- Packet flaked almonds grilled
- Dressing
- 2 tbls soya sauce
- Half cup white vinegar
- Half cup olive oil
- Half cup sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Put the lettuce and spring onions in a bowl.
Put the noodles and almonds on a tray in the grill for a couple of minutes, keep checking as go brown quickly.
Step 2
Mix all the dressing ingredients together then pour over salad half an hour before serving.
