A rather yummy version of chocolate mousse.

Ingredients
- 4oz margarine
- 7 eggs
- 7oz plain cooking chocolate
- 8oz caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation
Step 1
Separate eggs & whisk the egg whites with a quarter cup of the sugar.
Melt the chocolate & margarine in a bowl until melted. Beat the egg yolks with remaining sugar and fold into the chocolate mixture. Then fold in the egg whites.
Step 2
Pour half the mixture into a loose bottom cake tin which has had silver foil wrapped around the outside.
Bake on 180 degrees for approx 25 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Once cooled put the other half of the mixture on top and set in the freezer.
Step 3
When you wish to serve, take out the freezer right at the end of serving your main course.
You can decorate with almonds or flaked chocolate and remove from tin.
