Ingredients
- 3 peppers, cut into halves(I used green, red and yellow)
- 6 eggs
- 200g/7oz feta cheese
- 100g/3.5oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 bacon slices, thinly chopped
- slat and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/392°F.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and crumble the feta cheese in.
Step 2
Add the chopped bacon, mix well and stuff the peppers with mixture.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until ready.
