Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
  • 3 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
  • 1-10 oz. pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and mix well with hands. Shape into small balls (about size of golf ball) and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

To freeze: Put unbaked balls on cookie sheet and freeze. Then place in ziplock bags for future baking.
