Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. 9 oz. fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 1 can 14 1/2 oz. Italian style diced tomatoes undrained
- 4 oz (1/2 of 8 oz pkg) Philadelphia cream cheese cubed
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup Kraft grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 minutes. Meanwhile, cook tomatoes in large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes. Add cream cheese and seasoning, cook 2-3 minutes or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Drain pasta mixture. Add to tomato mixture in skillet and mix lightly. Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
If you prefer, you can also add 1 cup cleaned and cut up Kale/Spinach when you add the broccoli for added flavor and nutrition.
