- 2 c. torn leaves of romaine lettuce
- 1 can 8 oz. mandarin orange segments
- 2 TBS slivered almonds
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 1 TBS liquid drained from oranges
- 1 TBS garlic flavored vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste

Step 1
In salad bowl, combine lettuce leaves and heaping tablespoon of orange segments from can and slivered almonds. Whisk together olive oil, 1 TBS drained liquid and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over salad ingredients and toss gently.
