Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) tube biscuit dough
  • 6 ounces part skim, low moisture mozzarella (can substitute cheese sticks)
  • 8 slices (about 1 ounce) salami
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried Italian seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.If package has 8 biscuits, split each biscuit in half to make 16 flat disks. Divide cheese into 16 equal portions. Cut each piece of salami up into 4 pieces.One biscuit flat at a time, add chunk of cheese and 2 pieces of salami and 2pieces pepperoni on dough and then wrap ends around to create a ball. Be sure to full seal.Add olive oil to a shallow cup. Add parmesan and seasoning to another shallow cup.Once all the balls have formed, dip each ball in the olive oil and then roll the top in the parmesan seasoning mixture. Place on a baking sheet with the parmesan seasoning side up.Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 10-15. Serve immediately so the cheese is nice and melty.

I chose to not mix my meats. Instead I make 2 batches, 1 with just salami, 1 with just pepperoni.

  • 1/2 cauliflower head
  • 8 eggs for cauliflower mix
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 4-6 cups shredded cheese
  • 6 slices salami
  • 6 tbsp pizza Sauce

 

Method

  1. Boil diced cauliflower in salted water until tender.
  2. Blend, then transfer to mixing bowl.
  3. Mix in 2 eggs, pepper and 2 cups of shredded cheese
  4. Share the cauliflower mixture out between 6 ramekins, forming little cups
  5. Add 1 cup of shredded cheese
  6. Bake for 25 min at 375°F
  7. Add a slice of salami, a tbsp of pizza sauce, and one raw egg to each ramekin
  8. Top with cheese and return to oven for 7 min at 375°F
  9. Serve, and enjoy!
