Ingredients
- 1 packet of roast bag with seasoning.
- 3 lb boneless shoulder roast
- Pack frozen Italian green beans
- Pack of frozen squash slices
- 1 medium vidalia onion
- Butter
- Lemon pepper
- Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare roast in bag according to package directions. Remove from oven and let sit while you do the next step.
Step 2
Set crock pot on low. Add frozen Italian green beans. Add frozen squash. Cut onion into slices. CAREFULLY remove roast from bag and add roast to crock pot. Try to reserve as much gravy as possible for serving later. Top with sliced onion. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
Step 3
Remove meat to serving platter. Reheat gravy (I microwave mine) put green beans, squash, and onions in a separate dish and add butter and lemon pepper to taste.
