Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions cut lengthwise in half then sliced crosswise
  • 24 won ton wrappers
  • 3/4 cup shredded italian cheese
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Heat dressing and oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 15 to 18 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Meanwhile, place 1 won ton wrapper in each of 24 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray, extending edges of wrapper over top of cup. Bake 5 min.

Step 4

Spoon 1 Tbsp. onions into each won ton cup. Top with cheese and thyme.

Step 5

Bake 8 to 10 min. or until filling is heated through and edges of cups are golden brown.
