Ingredients
- 1 bowl yellow lentil soaked for half n your before cooking
- 1 cup flour
- 1tsp oil
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1tspsalt
- 1 onion chopped
- 5/6pcs garlic chopped
- 1 lemon squized
- Half cup chopped corriender leaves (for garnish)
- 1tsp cumin seed.

Preparation
Step 1
Boil lentils with salt n turmeric.
Step 2
Make a soft dough with flour than roll them in small balls then with the help of rolling pin Make small circle each
Step 3
Now boil in an open pan these flour circles each an add lunch of salt n 1 tsp oil in boiling water boil all the circles properly.
Step 4
Now prepare the tadka in a pan put some oil add when oil is warm . saute chopped onion n garlic aadd cumin seed n green chilly (chopped)
Step 5
Now add your boiled circles in boiled yellow lentil than add your prepared tatadka
Step 6
Serve in a Carroll garnish with corriender n lemon juice.
Before putting your cicle water should be at boiling n check your circles with a falk if they r boiled or not
