These Double Chocolate Banana Muffins are perfect for breakfast, brunch, snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ cup Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 370°F/190°C.

Step 2

Beat the sugar and butter until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Add mashed bananas and mix well.

Step 3

Combine flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Sift these into the mixture and stir until well combined.

Step 4

At last, stir in the chocolate chips. Scoop the batter into silicone muffin molds or muffin tray lined with muffin paper cups.

Step 5

Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
