Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1/4 cup butter
1/2 whole milk
1cup maple syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350º Combine brown sugar, maple syrup, milk, butter and egg yolks together until well blended. Beat egg whites until stiff and hold their shape. Fold into sugar mixture and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 50 minutes or until set. Enjoy
