Ingredients

- 2 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flower
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 cups shredded carrots
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- TOPPING
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup margerine
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
