Step 1

Preheat over to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit. In bowl, mix eggs together thoroughly. Add sugar and mix. Add flour and mix. Add salt, lemon juice & grated rind. Mix thoroughly and pour into greased cake pan. Remove sponge cake as soon as the toothpick comes out clean.
