Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Oreos
  • 8 oz. Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1 c. Powdered Sugar
  • 3 c. Milk
  • 2 pkgs. Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 12 oz. Thawed Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar.

Step 2

In separate bowl mix together pudding mix and milk. Let it chill until it sets. Fold in cool whip after it sets.

Step 3

Add cream cheese mixture on top and layer it with Oreos. Chill until ready to serve.
