Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 5 1/2 cups flour

Preparation
Step 1
Using a mixer cream butter and sugar. Add in the eggs, vanilla and sour cream.
Step 2
Combine dry ingredients together and add to wet mixture.
Step 3
Roll out on floured surface 1/4 to 1/3 inch thick.
Step 4
Place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Step 5
Bake at 375 for 7-8 min.
Step 6
Cool on tray for 5 min then transfer to cooling rack.
