  • 1 bunch cilantro(stems removed)
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3-4 sweet colored peppers
  • 1 large jalapeno(seeds removed)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 5 qts peeled diced tomatoes
  • 5 Tbsp cornstarch mix with cold tomatoes
  • 2 large bell peppers diced 1 3/4 c
  • 3-5 garlic cloves or 1/8 tsp dried garlic
  • 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
  • 3 T salt
  • 1 T chili powder
  • 1T crushed red pepper
  • 5 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 t black pepper
  • 1 t cumin
  • 1 T cilantro
  • 3 cups V8 spicy hot

Heat a small skillet over medium heat, and dry roast the peppers and garlic, until soft and blotchy in spots
