- 1 tablespoon flour

- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 3/4 cup of sour cream
