  • CRUST
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp vegetable bullion

  • 1/2 cup vegetable shortening

  • 2 potatoes, diced

  • 1/2 cup sweet com, thawed

  • 1/2 brick Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 2 cups old cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2, tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp tarragon
  • 1 tsp vegetable bullion
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch and 1/4 cup water

On stove top, melt butter, add brown sugar, egg and vanilla

  • Butter Tarts
  • 3 Tbsp. butter 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 egg 1/3 cup currants
  • 1 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup walnuts
  • ½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. vanilla

  • Use premade tart shells and bake as per directions. Fill tart shells 2/3 full…too much and they will flow over.
