Winter Snowflake Cocktail

Ingredients:
- 2oz Kahlua
- 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon white sugar... 

1. Stir together the white chocolate chips, white sugar, vanilla essence and milk together in a microwave-safe dish. 

2. Heat in the microwave for 60-90 seconds until piping hot and the chocolate chips and white sugar have fully dissolved. . . see the rest of the recipe!
