COMBINE FLOUR + EGG

You can use any pasta dough recipe for this method, but this is what we'd reccommend. First, combine your dry ingredients and pour onto a clean flat surface. Make a well in the middle. Then whisk together your wet ingredients and pour into the center of the well. Use your hands to knead the mixture together to form a dough.
