- 3 TBSP Flour
- 1 TBSP Worcestershire
- 4-5 Sliced Cooked Bacon and Crumbled
- 1 TSP Sage
- 1 TSP Poultry Season
- 3-4 TSP White Wine

- Porks chops or chicken breast
- Bacon
- Seasonings of your choice
Bacon Cheese Chicken

Mix the first four ingredients together
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tsp oil
- canned mushrooms (drained and rinsed) or 2 cups raw
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 oz monterey jack cheese
- 4 oz cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pkg bacon bits
