2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 1/3 cups milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat, grease with cooking spray, vegetable oil or shortening.

Step 2

stir all ingredients until blended. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle pan

Step 3

Cook until bubbles break on surface. Turn, cook until golden. To keep warm, place in a single layer on cookie sheet. Cover with foil and place in 200F oven up to 10 minutes.
